Coming from a Mexican, Creek Indian, and white ethnic background, Cytherea (aka Cytheria, Leila) jokingly states, "I'm Heinz 57." She's originally from Salt Lake City, Utah and got into the business in 2003. In 2005 she won AVN's Best New Starlet Award.
